Terms and Conditions – Alphacare Medical Fitness

By using this website to book and pay for services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Booking
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Booking is confirmed only after successful payment through our website.
2. Payments
Online payments are made in USD via PayPal Web Terminal.
In-person payments are accepted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).
A fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 0.70 JOD applies to all transactions.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a refund.
Refunds are issued in JOD, calculated using the fixed exchange rate.
No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours, delays, or no-shows.
4. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the original time, subject to availability.
5. Privacy & Security
Personal and payment information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No personal data is shared with third parties except as required by law.
6. Liability
AlphaCare is not responsible for technical issues preventing booking or payment.
All services are subject to professional discretion during in-person consultations.
